Your nearest Petersime Helpdesk Engineer will consider the problem and walk you through some troubleshoot hints and instructions to solve it. First, our Global Technical Supervisor will ensure your incubators and HVAC equipment operate at maximum efficiency in a Technical Audit. When everything runs smoothly the incubation consultant can start the Hatchery Performance Audit. He will screen and record every stage of the process, from egg arrival to chick departure and formulate advice on any adjustments needed to bring your hatch to top level.
To make sure that the whole hatchery is on the same page Petersime provides an advanced hands-on incubation training on-site for staff on incubator programming, chick quality assessments and hatch break-out analysis.
