Petersime Service Station introduces: “Tailored Documentation”
This documentation is specifically selected and gathered in function of the customer’s order (incubators and eventual peripherals), then bundled in newly designed folders and finally housed in a solid and attractive box.(06/12/07)
The principle is as simple as it is accessible. With each machine order, a complete set of documentation (both in hard copy and on CD-Rom) is sent to the customers for them to consult by the time their machines are installed.
The documentation is specifically selected and gathered in function of the customer’s order (incubators and eventual peripherals), then bundled in newly designed folders and finally housed in a solid and attractive box.
These folders mainly contain:
• CE declaration of conformity
• Spare parts catalogues
• Electrical wiring diagrams
• Manuals for incubators (maintenance, programming, user interfaces, etc…)
• Safety regulations
• Information on peripheral hatchery equipment, if any (FocusLink, alarm panels, …)
The manuals with all their content are generated from the Service Station website containing more than 15,000 pages of information and available for download in 10 languages.
Next to this, free access is provided to the website. This way the information can be consulted at any time by the client (general manager, hatchery manager, …), the distributor or the Petersime technicians in the field.
