Petersime’s Service Station introduces the advanced packing list for spare parts shipments

Petersime watches closely over the quality of its services and is in constant search for ways to improve them. Today, Petersime introduces the advanced packing list for spare parts shipments. From November ’07, each and every order will be despatched together with a list detailing all of the parts in the shipment. In addition to description, quantity ordered and article number, a picture of the part concerned will be added for quick and accurate control on receipt of the goods as well as for easier picking and packing, so minimising the risk of errors.
This document is currently available in 4 languages - Dutch, English, French and German. In the near future another 6 language versions will be added.
Since each client/distributor generally orders the same type of spare parts, the next step is to link the content lists to the individual Internet account. This will avoid loss of time due to repetitive searches for the same parts.
