Cutting-edge hatchery technology
The project is considered one of the largest built with Petersime technology worldwide. At its heart lies an impressive array of 72 X-Streamer™ 24S setters and 48 X-Streamer™ 8H hatchers, ensuring consistent, high-quality hatch results. To guarantee optimal climate control, Petersime developed a tailor-made HVAC system for the setter and hatcher rooms. The custom-built solution ensures optimal room conditions, further supporting chick quality and biosecurity standards at every level. The hatchery is also in the process of adopting selected modules of Eagle Trax™, Petersime’s cloud-based intelligent hatchery software. This upgrade will provide powerful tools for predictive incubator maintenance and real-time monitoring and analysis of the HVAC system's performance.

Smooth execution thanks to close collaboration
Despite the project’s scale, execution went smoothly and on schedule. From the earliest stages of delivery to the final commissioning, Petersime’s Field Service Engineers worked side by side with all parties on site. Their hands-on presence ensured that the installation ran smoothly and according to plan, with rapid responses to any technical or operational question along the way.
In the final phase, Petersime’s Global Technical Supervisor, Lubomir Ludik, personally joined the commissioning process. His on-site involvement added an extra layer of expertise and assurance, particularly during the final validation, staff training and handover.
