Summer update from the Petersime headquarters
The Petersime headquarters is closed for a short summer break from Monday 19 July until Sunday 1 August. Our global customer support helpdesk will be available for technical assistance during this time. We are also excited to announce the expansion of our Customer Centre in Belgium.

Elevating the customer experience at Petersime HQ
As part of Petersime’s mission to continuously improve customer support and offer an enhanced training experience, we are extending the Customer Centre in Olsene, Belgium. Our business and headcount have expanded greatly since the construction of the initial building, and so this extension will also accommodate Petersime’s ongoing growth. The new, larger building will be home to our Sales, Marketing and Service teams.
Olav Boel, Chief Commercial Officer, commented: “All aspects of our Customer Centre expansion have been carefully thought out in the past few years and now the construction works have started. We are excited to see the fast progress in this project and can’t wait to welcome customers to Petersime again in 2022.”
The construction works began in June and are currently to be completed by the turn of the year.
