Official opening of our Petersime Southeast Asia Sales & Service office
As a global manufacturer of incubators and hatcheries Petersime understands the need of being close to its customers. We strive to offer the best support, so our customers can maximize their profit for life whilst additionally ensuring maximum business continuity & service. Therefore we are proud to announce the inauguration of our new Petersime Southeast Asia Sales & Service office, based in Malaysia.
This new office will allow us to be closer to customers in the project design stage and provide regional staffing of Field Service Engineers for more effective technical and installation support. In the many challenges a hatchery faces, a more regional oriented hatchery management and incubation support will help to achieve the desired performances faster. The further development of a dedicated spare parts warehouse will guarantee a more efficient delivery and swift technical interventions.

The new Commercial Director for the Petersime Southeast Asia Sales & Service Office, has been working in the Poultry Industry for the last decade. He has been pursuing his career in the industry mainly in Asia and has his residence in Malaysia since 2011.
Before joining Petersime in 2015, he worked for important poultry equipment suppliers as Chore-Time and Jansen. Responsible for establishing the legal and commercial presence in the region as well as developing the dealers and customers’ network, he has built projects in Indonesia, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, Philippines, Pakistan, China, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
Thanks to his elaborate experience in the region, he has developed close relationships with customers and dealers. He is thus ready to help Petersime in growing its presence and, in particular, in improving its closeness to clients with prompt and customized solutions.
He is the Office Manager of the Petersime Southeast Asia Sales & Service Office. Nick has successfully been involved in operation management and e-commerce, while at the same time, gaining experience in customer service activities. His fluency in English, Bahasa Melayu/Indonesia, Mandarin and Cantonese, will allow Petersime to easily engage with customer needs from all over the region.
He is well-versed in building long-term relationships with customers. Nick will focus on creating better customer engagement and delivering prompt services and assistance to clients. He will support them in achieving the maximum profit for life through the management of the service team and the spare parts warehouse.
Jason has worked in the Poultry Industry for the last 25 years. He is passionate about Hatcheries and in particular in optimising chick quality. As established International speaker he has also developed a specialist Hatchery Management Training Programme and the Poultry Performance Conference for Petersime NV. Jason supports customers by improving their results. He also advises Petersime Sales & Projects Departments with best fit practical solutions to customer requests.
Prior to joining Petersime in 2009 Jason worked for Cobb for 20 years in every generation of the breeding pyramid from Pedigree through to Broilers. Working in Production, Technical Support, Quality Assurance/Animal Welfare and finally in Project Management where he designed and implemented new Distributor Operations.
