Since June, portal users who wish to do so can use the services of our new AI-powered assistant called ‘Peter’.

Whenever you need answers from our knowledge base, our AI-powered chatbot Peter is at your service. Whether you are working from your desk or multitasking on the go with your smartphone in hand, you can easily ask questions and get instant replies. If you urgently need to find a document, a video or a specific page in the knowledge base, Peter will track it down for you. Another advantage is that you ask your question in the language of your choice: our chatbot can communicate in any language and also translate each search result into a language of your preference. Here are some ways Peter can assist:
- Getting instant answers via your smartphone.
- Searching across the broad database for specific information.
- Quickly accessing essential documents.
- Finding additional resources such as videos, training materials, and more.
Peter is skilled at interpreting your questions and finding the most efficient ways to provide answers. However, if your query requires further assistance, you can escalate it to Petersime’s helpdesk. The system will then automatically summarize your chat and create a contact request, ensuring follow-up by our helpdesk engineer who will provide the answer to your question after further research.
