The buyer confirms all above mentioned local conditions required to start and execute the works as per the Petersime standards, are understood, agreed and available at moment of arrival of the Petersime Field Service Engineer. Non-availability can result in additional installation-days for our engineer(s) in compare with calculated days confirmed in Order Confirmation (OC). Petersime holds in that case the right to charge to the buyer the extra days on-site at the rate of €700/day.
Non-availability of required local conditions can result in health & safety risks for the Petersime Field Service Engineer for which Petersime hold the right to stop at any moment the works until conditions are met.
