We are happy to announce the official opening of our extended Customer Centre at the Petersime Headquarters in Olsene, Belgium. The recent extension is part of Petersime’s mission to continuously improve our relationship with customers through extensive support and enhanced training experiences. 

Our approach on customer interaction

The Petersime Headquarters, with its central location in Olsene, has been purposely chosen as it is where Petersime nv’s foundations have been since the company’s early days. As part of our long-term mission, we offer services and expertise that will optimize customers’ hatchery performance and bring maximum hatch results. 

As the next step in further upgrading our customer support and building an even closer customer relationship, we are excited to officially welcome customers, distributors and business partners to our extended Customer Centre at the Petersime Headquarters.

Knowledge sharing through face-to-face and online training programmes

As part of our worldwide, all-encompassing customer support, Petersime offers an extensive training line-up. We host face-to-face single-stage incubation and hatchery management courses at different locations, which include hatch breakout sessions and practical sessions on every aspect of single-stage incubation, maintenance, biosecurity, hatchery management software and much more. 

“These intensive three-day courses present the opportunity for hatchery managers to gain extra skills and know-how, and implement new best practices into their operations for immediate results,” says Kurt Haeck, Global Service Manager. “We are happy to organize training sessions again at our service locations in Belgium, Brazil, China and Malaysia. Adding even more to the excitement of our service team, who highly value the importance of personal interaction and knowledge sharing, customers will be welcomed in our extended Customer Centre in Olsene as well as a brand-new Training Centre in Kuala Lumpur as of this year.” 

With Hatchery Focus E-Training, Petersime also offers monthly online training sessions on targeted technical or incubational topics for hatchery managers and maintenance staff who want to bring their operations to the next level.

Central offices for Petersime’s Sales, Marketing and Service

The Customer Centre extension also accommodates for Petersime’s ongoing growth, with new offices for the Sales, Marketing and Service teams.
