Petersime Incubation Consultant

The Hatchery Management Training is designed for hatchery managers and their assistants who already have experience with incubators and the hatchery workflow and want to optimize their hatchery’s results.

During this intensive three-day training programme at the Petersime Customer Centre or a Regional Centre, technical and incubational experts at Petersime and partnering institutions spend ample attention on topics such as advanced incubation, egg management and more, as well as share their practical advice on how to significantly improve biosecurity and animal welfare in the hatchery. In this training, you will also learn how to conduct comparative trials that include advanced hatch breakout sessions, and how to correctly analyze and interpret the results.

Luis Duarte Service Manager Latin America

Luis Duarte joined Petersime in 2000 as a Field Technician, and since January 2019 he has been Technical Services Manager in Latin America, based in Içara, Brazil. Over the years, he has gained his experience and confidence by liaising with Petersime customers in many places around the world. Luis is committed to providing a closer service to customers. "Dedication and honesty are the basis for good service and a guarantee for the Customer". He is always on hand to serve the customer!

Stephen Evans Team Lead Global Incubation Consultants

Stephen Evans grew up on a poultry breeds preservation farm in Australia. After university, he worked for a leading poultry producer in the roles of farm manager and hatchery manager. Stephen has experience in all areas of the poultry industry: broiler chicken, layer chicken, turkey, duck, goose, guinea fowl, pheasant and quail. Passionate about passing on the knowledge he has gained, he leads Petersime’s team of Global Incubation Consultants.

Rafael Lozano Global Incubation Consultant

Rafael Lozano joined Petersime in 2023 as a Global Incubation Consultant. In this role, he is responsible for supporting our clients in implementing incubation best practices, aiming to achieve excellence and foster continuous improvement. Rafael has an established 20-year career in hatcheries, having begun his professional journey in Colombia in 2003, where he gained significant experience as a GP hatchery manager for 11 years. Additionally, he has managed various commercial hatcheries, further enhancing his expertise in the incubation management of broiler and laying lines. Rafael is passionate about incubation and is always eager to expand his knowledge and share his experience with our customers.

Guillermo Reyes Global Incubation Consultant Aviagen

Guillermo Reyes graduated as an Agricultural Engineer and holds a master’s degree in Business Administration. He has more than 30 years of experience in incubation and the poultry industry. He held incubation roles at Avícola Salvadoreña, consulted for leading poultry companies, and was Incubation Consultant for Latin America at Petersime. Since July 2023, he is Global Incubation Specialist at Aviagen.

Emiliano Reyes Becerra
Emiliano Reyes Service Incubationist

Emiliano Reyes is a professional in the poultry industry with several years of experience in the incubation of alternative broilers and laying hens, segments with high demand in Mexico and Latin America. He specializes in incubation processes at high altitudes, having achieved solid results in operations located at 2,600 meters above sea level. He currently works as a Hatchery Consultant at Petersime.
